Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Project Cancellation
Before Work Commences: If you cancel your project within 48 hours of your initial deposit and before any design or development work has started, we will issue a 100% refund (minus any non-recoverable payment gateway transaction fees).
During Development: If you cancel after work has commenced, you will be billed for all hours worked up to the date of cancellation at our standard hourly rate. The remaining balance of your deposit will be refunded.
After Handover: Once the final deliverables have been approved and handed over, the project is considered complete and is no longer eligible for a refund.
2. Subscription & Maintenance Services
Services billed on a retainer or subscription basis (e.g., SEO, maintenance, hosting) can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Any prepaid fees for the remaining portion of the billing cycle will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
3. Third-Party Costs
Fees paid for third-party services—such as domain registration, premium plugins, third-party APIs, or web hosting—are non-refundable as these are costs incurred by Annexra on your behalf.
4. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with the deliverables, please contact us at contact@annexra.in within 5 business days of receipt. We are committed to resolving concerns through discussion and project revisions.
